Wise Women on Wheels, is a cycling and road awareness training for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) women 45+ living and/or working in Haringey. The course offers cycling instruction, read safety and bike maintenance sessions alongside health and fitness mentoring, healthy eating and lifestyle advice. The Ubele initiative has collaborated with the Rockstone foundation to aid teaching and support the women in improving their cycling proficiency.
We're meeting every Saturday at 10:30am at Lordship Recreation Ground, N17 6BD (The Rockstone Foundation Bike Hut, The Info Shop, 335, Lordship Lane).
