This expert panel will bring a diverse set of views and perspectives from around the world, highlighting different aspects and strategies we need to consider when we think about the sustainable development of Black communities. From public health, to wealth building; climate change to inclusive design. All are needed in Black communities for us to thrive .

Panelist will include Dr. Janelle Williams, who leads work on closing the racial wealth gap; Professor Ezekiel Okemwa, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize for his work around climate change; Eric Cumberbatch, who has worked to make our communities safer by ending gun violence and Christopher Mwanguzi, who focuses on how systems create inequity and how to reform them.

The panel will be moderated by Tishauna Mullings, who has been recognized for her contributions to the Caribbean and beyond.
