In a society that prefers to avoid conversations about dying, this workshop is designed to support black men and women who know and accept that they are dying. Sometimes, families, partners and friends find it difficult to accept those decisions. Sometimes loved ones find it hard to face the finality of such a situation.
This workshop aims to assist the dying with a priority on their dignity. It is a space that allows them to talk freely about their plans with love and respect. A second priority will be to help loved ones respect those decisions made.
