Ubele would like to invite you to discuss what the current state of play surrounding unemployment amongst young Black and Minoritised people. This roundtable is a part of a wider initiative in partnership with the Youth Futures Foundation (YFF) which will build an evidence base on best practices for getting young people from Black and Minoritised communities into sustainable employment.

This roundtable will include a presentation on the findings of a practice review commissioned by Ubele which focused on the support currently available to decrease unemployment rates amongst young Black and Minoritised people in London. This will provide an insight into what specific programmes and youth service interventions are currently being delivered to support young Black people in London to get into employment. We will then follow with a world café style process facilitated by the Ubele team, which will allow attendees to network and share their insights, expertise and examples of best practice.

We look forward to meeting you!
