This survey is being conducted by Kanlungan Filipino Consortium, The UBELE Initiative and Filipino Unite, UK charity organisations, with support from Leigh Day Solicitors. The purpose of the survey is to understand whether individuals from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic or BAME communities (referring to members of non-white communities in the UK) have faced discrimination during the Covid19 pandemic and whether they have been put at greater risk than their colleagues who are not from BAME communities.

We hope this survey will help to find ways in which we can support affected BAME people and to influence policy changes in order to protect the health and safety of frontline workers in any future pandemic.

Filipino workers are encouraged to complete this form as Filipinos have the largest number of deaths in the health and social care sectors, with Filipinos making up 25% of all deaths in the NHS workforce and 30% of all deaths among nurses being Filipinos.
