Between January and March 2021 CSTC, worked in partnership with The Ubele Initiative to pilot the Man Dem Project (MDP) – a development project for Black men to share their ambitions, challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
The pilot was a series of seven weekly online Open Space sessions for Black men to share their feelings, observations, reflections and ambitions for their lives, their families and their work.
Man Dem facilitated workshop to invite the thoughts, feelings and ideas concerning Men’s development work. They drew upon movement, dialogue & creative practices to generate material that will shape a curriculum of development themes.
